These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of www.letsdancemiami.com (the "Site") and the $25 Discovery Session (the "Service") offered by Let's Dance Miami ("we," "our," or "us"). By using this Site or submitting the form, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Discovery Session
The $25 Discovery Session is a private, approximately 45-minute, one-on-one introductory experience at our Miami studio. It includes a brief conversation about your goals, a short movement assessment, and a personalized recommendation. The fee is $25, collected at the studio at the time of your visit.
A discovery session is an introduction — not a class package, contract, or commitment to continue. If you decide to continue with us after your session, we'll show you the options that suit your goals. If you don't, that's perfectly fine.
2. Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows
After you submit the form, we'll contact you within one business day to schedule a time. Sessions are held during studio hours (Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM; hours subject to change).
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit the $25 fee.
3. Eligibility
The Service is intended for adults 18 years of age and older. By using this Site or submitting the form, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Honest Representation
We do our best to describe our studio, our approach, and your discovery session accurately. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes — every dancer is different, and progress depends on many factors, including the time and effort you put in. What we promise is honesty, care, and a welcoming environment.
5. Health and Safety
Dancing is physical activity. By attending, you accept ordinary risks associated with movement. If you have a medical condition, recent injury, pregnancy, or any concern that could affect your ability to participate safely, please tell us in advance and consult with your doctor as needed. We are not medical professionals, and nothing on this Site is medical advice.
6. Your Conduct
You agree to use this Site lawfully and to provide accurate information when you submit the form. At the studio, we ask that you treat instructors, staff, and other students with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or end a session for any conduct that is unsafe, harassing, or disruptive.
7. Intellectual Property
The text, design, images, logos, and other content on this Site belong to Let's Dance Miami or our licensors. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, modify, or republish the content without our written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
This Site relies on third-party services — for example, an SMS gateway, Google Apps Script, and an IP-lookup service — to operate the contact form. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and the Service are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Let's Dance Miami, its owners, instructors, or staff be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
